• The T2021 animation will promote collective intelligence: respect for everyone's speaking time, serene and benevolent atmosphere in particular to integrate young researchers, networking ...
  According to the concept of collective intelligence, collective performance is greater than the sum of individual performances. "We each have a set of skills and know-how that go far beyond the range of qualifications and the job classification.". According to Noubel (2007), continuing to work in a compartmentalized system of predefined functions and roles would run counter to creativity and productivity.

• As far as possible, the resources of the conference will be made widely available.
  
  
• Transportation by metro, bicycle will be preferred and some conferences will be by videoconference.
  
  
• For the conference dinner, coffee breaks, lunches and conference materials (bags, pens ...), local, organic products will be favored.
