Following the conference "Urban Agriculture and Environmental Transitions" 2017 which brought together 300 people at the University Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, the Réseau-Agriville is organising a new international conference: "Transitions 2021" (T2021).
Through the prism of ecological transition, T2021 will develop 4 complementary sessions:
Sustainable Food (S1)
Health-Environment (S2)
Energy Transition (S3)
Collective intelligence: a vector of ecological transitions (S4)
Each session is organized according to 3 complementary sub-sessions, with presentations and a period of exchanges around posters.
Several "Science and Society" actions will be offered to the citizens on the afternoons of June 24 and 25: conferences, fields visit (collective urban gardens, plants...), videos and round tables.
Particular attention will be paid to the ecological and ethical aspects of the conference, with the increased accessibility of the resources produced (in collaboration with the specialized company https://koena.net/) and a low ecological footprint of the event (collaboration with the ADEME).
The research presented at the T2021 congress will be widely valued thanks to a large variety of media and dissemination at different levels: A-rank publications (Vertigo, ESPR, RAFE...), congress proceedings, poster exhibition, videos, creation of accessible educational resources.
